Buyer may only apply for return of the Item in the following circumstances:

1. The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery; or

2. The Item delivered to Buyer is different from the item purchased.


For exchange or return, you can send it back to us under the following conditions:

1. Returns must be made within 7 days from date of purchase.

2. Returned item(s) must be returned together with their original box and receipt.

3. Returned item(s) must be in original unused condition with all tags intact. Sini Kaki will review the condition before refund is approved. Refund application will be rejected in case of usage sign.

Note: Items bought during promotional events (e.g. Anniversary or X’MAS) are not eligible for return and exchange.


Kindly inform Customer Service before returning the item otherwise the request will not be processed. Your return item will be assigned to a courier of our choosing. Please provide the return parcel tracking number for all items.


What will I get back after returning the item(s)?

Item replacement will be given subject to stock availability. Otherwise, refund will be made to your Sini Kaki e-Wallet account (within 14 working days).


What about postage charges?
