1. What is Group Buy?
Group Buy offers products and services at significantly reduced prices on the condition that a minimum number of buyers would make the purchase. SINI Mall will announce launching of every group buy for specific product(s) from time to time where you can purchase your favourite items with great discounts! Don't Malaysians love sale?
2. How to join?
When a group buy is launched, you may join the group buy by placing an order through the page. Then, the order will be shown in <My Account> under <Group Buy> <Joined>, The status of your order will change depending on the success of group buy.
3. How to make payment?
You may make payment to secure your order by E-wallet or online banking. You will be given specific instructions on the payment page.
4. What happen to successful Group Buy?
If a group buy reaches minimum number of buyers within time range set, the group buy is successful. Orders will be processed and delivery will be done within 3 working days after the group buy has ended. Order status will be updated on your account.
5. What happen to failed Group Buy?
If a group buy does not reach minimum number of buyers within time range set, the group buy is failed. Full payment which you have done while placing order earlier will be refunded. Refund will be done through E-Wallet. If you wish to withdraw cash from your E-Wallet, you may submit your request by filling up a form when you click on <My Account> <My Wallet> <Withdrawal>. Refund will be processed within 10 working days.
